1. Intended Use & Purchase Eligibility

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

2. Prohibited Purchasing Conduct (Intermediaries & B2B)

Without prior written authorization from Indeterminate Labs LLP, you may not:

• Purchase products with the intent to resell, redistribute, or commercially supply them;
• Act as an agent, intermediary, trader, exporter, or bulk buyer, whether formally or informally;
• Purchase products for onward sale via online marketplaces, social media platforms, offline retail channels, or cross-border trade;
• Place repeated, bulk, or structured orders inconsistent with reasonable personal use.

These restrictions apply regardless of whether resale occurs at cost, profit, or without consideration.

3. Export & Cross-Border Restrictions

Our products are not authorized for export or cross-border commercial distribution unless expressly agreed in writing byIndeterminate Labs LLP.

Unauthorized export or diversion may expose Indeterminate Labs LLP to customs, tax, regulatory, warranty, and compliance risks and constitutes a material breach of these Terms of Sale.

Nothing in these Terms restricts lawful non-commercial personal travel with purchased goods.

4. Ownership & Lawful Resale Clarification

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict a purchaser’s lawful right to transfer ownership of a legitimately purchased product, provided that:

• The original purchase was not made with prohibited intent described above; and
• The product is genuine, unaltered, and not marketed or represented as being authorized, endorsed, or supported by Indeterminate Labs LLP.

5. Enforcement & Remedies

If Indeterminate Labs LLP reasonably determines that purchases are inconsistent with personal use or involve prohibited conduct, we reserve the right to:

• Cancel or limit current orders;
• Refuse or restrict future purchases;
• Suspend or terminate associated customer accounts;
• Decline warranty, service, or support, if any, associated with such purchases; and
• Pursue appropriate civil remedies under applicable law.

All determinations will be made reasonably and in good faith.

6. As-Is Policy (Keyboard Kit)

This Split Keyboard Kit is provided on an "AS-IS" basis without any warranties, express or implied. By purchasing this product, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

The keyboard kit is sold "barebones". Batteries, switches and keycaps are not included nor sold separately.

No Warranties

We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the fitness, merchantability, or suitability of this keyboard kit for any particular purpose. The buyer assumes all responsibility for the proper use and operation of the product.

Assembly & Customization

This is a keyboard kit that requires assembly. We assume no responsibility for:

• Damage occurring during assembly or disassembly
• Improper assembly or installation of components
• Modifications or customizations made by the purchaser
• Loss of functionality due to user-made alterations

No Support for Assembly

While we do provide assembly instructions with the product, we do not provide assembly support, technical guidance, or troubleshooting assistance for kit assembly. The purchaser is responsible for acquiring the necessary knowledge and tools to assemble this product correctly.

Component Defects

While we test all components before shipment, components may arrive defective due to manufacturing issues. We will not be held liable for defective components unless reported within 7 days of purchase with photographic evidence.

Field Repairability

This keyboard kit is designed to be field-repairable. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for any repairs or replacements they perform. We are not liable for any damage resulting from user-initiated repairs.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising from the purchase or use of this product.

Returns & Refunds

As this is an "AS-IS" product, returns are not accepted unless the product arrives in damaged packaging or with missing components. In such cases, photographic evidence must be provided within 7 days of delivery. Claims of missing or damaged items will only be entertained if a continuous clear high resolution unboxing video showing the shipping label and items received is provided. In the case that a valid claim is made, it will have to go through the appropriate claim process with the shipping provider whereafter the part or product will be replaced.

Agreement

By purchasing this keyboard kit, you explicitly agree to this As-Is Policy and waive any claims or disputes related to the product's condition, functionality, or performance. This policy is binding and supersedes any other representations or warranties.

Who we are

This website is operated by Indeterminate Labs LLP.

What data we collect

We do not require user accounts.

When you place an order, the website generates an email template that you send to us. This email may contain:

• A checksum used to validate the order
